About The Artist
Hello! I am Becca Sands, the gal behind Simply Sands Ceramics!
In 2016 I took my first ceramics class, and never looked back! I graduated in 2019 with a BA in Studio Art (concentration in Ceramics, Sculpture and Painting) minoring in Museum Studies and Educational Studies from High Point University.
After moving back to NH, it took some time to figure out how to work as an artist. When the pandemic hit, I purchased my own wheel and started creating work and sharing it online. Social media helped me create the business I have today, I am forever grateful!
I began instructing at Purple Sage Pottery in Merrimac MA in late 2020, and continue to instruct there twice a week!
